Tile maker raises stake in Shanghai company

KUCHING: Ceramic tile maker Kim Hin Industry Bhd has raised its stake in Kim Hin Ceramics (Shanghai) Co Ltd to 79.5% with the acquisition of an additional 8% equity interest.

The company paid some RM6.5mil in cash for the acquisition from Shanghai Kang Xing Realty Co Ltd.
