Mixed reactions on paid parking at hospital

1 Motorists and routine patients utilising the Sultanah Aminah Hospital’s parking would be charged parking fees starting June 15 for RM2 for the first three hours and RM1 for every subsequent hour.2 Halim said he is not against the system but the management should look into issues of double parking and insufficient parking space at the hospital compound.3 Leong, said it would be a burden to bear with the parking cost as she and her mother are depending on the medical check ups and treatments at the hospital every two weeks.

JOHOR BARU: The new paid parking system at Hospital Sultanah Aminah here that started on June 15 has received mixed reactions from the public.

Housewife Leong Phooi Paik, 41, complained that it would be a burden to bear the parking cost as she and her mother visited the hospital fortnightly for medical check-up and treatment.
