NEW guidelines will soon be in place to regulate the mushrooming food trucks in Petaling Jaya, which are now operating without licences.
“There is no such recognised licence in our council bylaws and we are working on it,” said Petaling Jaya mayor Mohd Azizi Mohd Zain.
