Reasons to smile for 19 Sibu Jaya flat families

SIBU: The 19 families of Block E Wing B flat at Sibu Jaya can continue to enjoy uninterrupted supply of electricity and water after the Sessions Court here granted a mandatory injunction to Syarikat Sesco Berhad (Sesco) and Sibu Water Board (SWB) to maintain the supply of the two items until the next hearing date on Aug 14.

Justice Caroline Bee Majalni ruled this after hearing the case on Thursday which was filed by the defence counsels of the plaintiff, Yap Hoi Liong and Ben Lau.
