JOHOR BARU: The move to install an intelligent system traffic lights in Mount Austin here was not received well by the residents with some claiming that it has been causing more traffic congestions.
Businessman Chow Tan Wui, 41, said what was supposed to be a 10-minute drive, from his home to office in Taman Johor Jaya, had turned to 45 minutes due to the traffic jam.
