Cops put up billboards throughout Penang as crime prevention move

A TOTAL of 15 billboards, with phone numbers for the public to call or SMS during emergency, has been put up throughout Penang as a crime prevention strategy.

The billboards are in several languages including Malay, English, Mandarin, Tamil and Jawi.
