THE Desa Sri Swarna Joint Management Body (JMB) in Bandar Baru Air Itam, Penang, has lodged a police report against a company for failing to hand over the management of the apartment block to the appointed JMB.
Its president Goh Thuan Ee said they had been asking the company, which was appointed by the developer, to hand over the management responsibilities since December, 2012.
