TWENTY entrepreneurs under the Projek Titian Saksama Rakyat (PTSR) micro-credit loan scheme attended the first day of the Pre- Business Coaching programme at the Penang Development Corporation.
Dr Abdul Malik Abdul Shukor, the programme facilitator, said one of its purposes was to help participants understand the importance of certain basics, such as accounting and simple management like filing.
