THE next Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) committee meeting will be done in secrecy as staff and councillors will have to place their smartphones and other electronic devices in a box outside or inside the room.
MPS president Suliman Abd Rahman said this directive was issued by the state as some information had leaked out to the public even before the meeting had ended.
