BETTER Malaysia Foundation chairman Tan Sri Vincent Tan has launched a few efforts through the foundation to provide humanitarian aid to the Rohingya and Bangladeshi refugees at Immigration detention centres in Langkawi and Kedah, as well as those still adrift at sea.

Two trucks carrying approximately 1,000 cartons (10 tonnes) consisting of dry ready-to-eat foodstuff, mineral water and medicine are expected to arrive at the Langkawi Maritime Enforcement Agency, to be loaded onto navy vessels for distribution to the refugees who are still at sea.
