KOTA KINABALU: Property developer Mah Sing Group Berhad has launched Tower 3 of The Residences service apartment at Sutera Avenue not far from the state capital, and they have also unveiled their new show unit.
The launching and showcase held on May 16 and 17 at the Kota Kinabalu Convention Centre (KKCC) Show Gallery at Tanjung Lipat saw customers queuing since morning to view the 11-storey (Tower 3) 100-unit service apartment.
