LET me start this week’s column by asking why the police quarters inside a heavily guarded compound has to be all grilled up? I noticed this when I was visiting a police officer inside one of the newly-built police camps in the state recently.
The camp is heavily guarded with tight security and all visitors must have valid security clearance and passes. So why are the police worried about burglars inside their own compounds?
