RESIDENTS in Jalan Batu Kisar, Taman Batu View, off Jalan Kuching, are against a proposal by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to allow the construction of an industrial cold room in the housing area.
The proposed site is a partially-occupied lot along Jalan Batu Kisar, facing about 10 houses on the other side of the road.
