MALACCA: About 25,000 traffic summonses with warrants of arrest issued as at the end of last year in the state have yet to be settled.
State police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Chuah Ghee Lye said those who have not paid the fines would face arrest during Ops Waran which starts today.
