THE High Court here has set June 8 for case management of the originating summonses filed by Mentri Besar Incorporated (MB Inc) against eight farmers in Tronoh for vacant possession.
The date was fixed after Justice Datuk Samsudin Hassan met counsels from both sides in chambers yesterday.
