Fun day out: Rumah Kasih caretaker and the children from the home at the event.

LAUGHTER filled the air as Paradigm Mall hosted 15 underprivileged children at a special preview screening of DreamWorks Animation’s 3D blockbuster, Home.

Paradigm Mall organised a range of fun-filled activities for invited guests and visitors at the screening, including children from Rumah Kasih Home in Kelana Jaya.

They were treated to a sumptuous brunch courtesy of Fish & Co Malaysia and took pictures in an instant photo booth decorated with Home’s movie props and backdrop.

“We are delighted to bring some joy and excitement to the lives of disadvantaged Malaysians.

“Our exclusive collaboration with DreamWorks and our tenant, GSC Paradigm Mall, also provided us with an excellent platform to engage our visitors and fans in an interactive and fun way.

“Ultimately, the movie is all about what home really means and it is our hope that everyone feels at home in Paradigm Mall,” WCT Malls general manager Vincent Chong said.

Paradigm Mall also hosted several promotional initiatives around Home. These included a meet-and-greet session with Oh, the main character, and having character standees spread across the mall.

In addition, the mall also spearheaded the Snap! Upload! Win! contest on Instagram that required customers to submit their photo to the social networking platform by tagging @ParadigmMallMY with the special hash tag #HOMEatParadigm in order to win exclusive early screening passes.

A total of 480 winners bagged a pair of movie premiere tickets to watch the special preview screening of Home over two days.
