A DAP assemblyman has proposed that the state government administrative centre in Komtar be moved out as part of efforts to revive the 39-year-old landmark.
Teh Lai Heng (DAP-Komtar) suggested that Komtar be converted into a hotel or serviced apartment and the podium renovated into a sales gallery in a bid to restore the complex.
