JOHOR BARU: A technician is living in fear after loan sharks, believed to be Singaporeans, started harassing his family after his previous house owner defaulted in his payments.
Chong Ken Seng, 31, said that besides throwing paint and hell notes into his house compound, the loan shark even went to the extend of locking up his house gate with a padlock.
