THE Road Transport Department (JPJ) has presented The Star assistant editor Meng Yew Choong with a certificate of appreciation for his feedback on road safety.
Meng, 46, said he had been informing the JPJ of vehicles found posing a danger to other motorists, such as cars with broken brake lights or lorries with leaking contents.
