KULAIJAYA: The state wants to see the volunteerism spirit among youths become a culture among Johoreans.
In a bid to empower youths and encourage humanitarian work among youngsters, the state has launched its youth programme Darul Ta'zim Volunteers, which is the brainchild of Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Mohamed Khaled Nordin.
