THE Seberang Prai Car-Free Morning has been launched amid much fanfare.
Organised by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council, the event saw a 500m stretch in Jalan Todak 2 and Jalan Today 3 in Butterworth closed to traffic to make way for various educational and interesting activities.
