SANDAKAN: A 92-hectare area has been proposed for the Gum-Gum township, which is currently at the planning stage.
State Housing and Local Government assistant minister Datuk Zakaria Mohd Edris said the land was divided in several development land use such as housing, commerce, public facilities, service and industry.
