Call to give priority to landless locals


MIRI: PAS Sarawak has expressed disappointment that too much vacant state land has been given to foreign investors and big private companies throughout the state for commercial development purposes.

Its deputy state commissioner, Jofri Jaraiee, yesterday questioned why the state government continued to give top priority to large-scale business entities when it came to allocation of state land.
