KUCHING: The Sarawak government insists its disposal of controlling interests in Sacofa Sdn Bhd to Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd was according to strict professional and commercial manner.
Second Finance Minister Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh said the disposal was reasonable and in line with the market comparable for divestment of unlisted entities.
