SOME 70 residents of the St Nicholas Home were pleasantly surprised when they received a red packet each from the Penang Wesak Celebrations Committee 2015 charity sub-committee.
Committee chairman Datuk Dr Loh Hock Hun said the red packets were given in conjunction with the coming Wesak Day celebrations.
