THE Penang government has approved more than RM1.22mil worth of scholarships for 1,591 local students.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the recipients were 447 students from 27 schools in north Seberang Prai, 397 students from 29 schools in central Seberang Prai and 183 students from 17 schools in south Seberang Prai.
