Eswaran denies allegations meeting was illegal

JOHOR BARU: Johor Indian Chamber of Commerce and Indus­try (JICCI) president Tan Sri K.K Eswaran have slammed allegations that the chamber’s annual general meeting (AGM) was null and void, citing that the final votes for the presidency seat had been acknowledged by both agents of the candidates.

Eswaran said that the meeting, on April 25, was conducted in a fair manner and the votes were accounted, as the final results were signed by both agents.
