KUCHING: A group of Barisan Nasional backbenchers representing rural seaside towns and villages is urging the state government to set up a coastal development authority.
They say the body could be modelled after the Regional Corridor Development Authority, which is coordinating the heavy industralisation masterplan for the central region.
