THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) issued summonses for RM250,000 each to three Kelana Jaya LRT extension project (LEP) contractors for clogging drains and contributing to flash floods in the area.
The summonses were issued under the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 (Act 133).
