JOHOR BARU: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) had received about 200 complaints made via the MeterOn smartphone app since its launch on March 24 in Kuala Lumpur.
Chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Syed Jaafar Albar said that most of the complaints were about taxi drivers not using their meters and overcharging their passengers.
