A NEW mall has opened in Kota Kemuning. Gamuda Walk, with its unique oval-shaped architecture, is a mixed development comprising three levels of retail stores and seven levels of business suites.

At the official launch of the mall, which is a flagship development by Gamuda Land, shoppers and guests witnessed a series of spectacular performances by aerialists and dancers in superhero costumes.

Gamuda Land managing director Chow Chee Wah said the design was part of a holistic plan to fulfil the needs of the neighbourhood.

“With its variety of lifestyle amenities and convenience, we are confident that it will add value to our award-winning township of Kota Kemuning,” said Chow.

The mall features a mix of food and beverage outlets, grocery stores as well as beauty and health services.

“We hope to expand the tenancy mix of Gamuda Walk to improve its prospects,” said Chow, adding that the mall had already achieved an 83% occupancy rate.

“Gamuda Walk will be able to cater to the needs of working professionals on weekdays and families on the weekends. It is truly a community mall for everyone,” added Chow.

The mall is easily accessible via the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas), the Kemuning-Shah Alam Highway (LKSA) and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).
