THE Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) is urging the Federal Government to use organic fertilisers to restore degraded soil.
Its president S.M. Mohamed Idris said the Food and Agriculture Organisation reported that a lot of land was degraded due to erosion and chemical pollution.
