THE dates of events to mark the first anniversary of DAP stalwart Karpal Singh’s death have been changed due to the Permatang Pauh by-election nomination day.
Penang DAP deputy chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the ceramah planned for April 25 at the Penang Chinese Town Hall would now be held on April 23.
