Two local authorities in the state have come under fire for the “less than satisfactory” implementation of joint venture (JV) development projects.

According to the 2014 Auditor-General’s Report, several weaknesses were found in the management of these projects by the Ipoh City Council (MBI) and the Manjung Municipal Council (MPM).
