MPSepang introduces point system to encourage traders to be cleaner

MENTION wet markets in Malaysia and the first image that comes to mind are slippery wet floors, strong smells and haphazard arrangements of the fresh produce.

The Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) is out to change that with the introduction of a merit system.
