PETTY traders in Selangor will be allowed to operate kiosks and stalls in hypermarkets by the middle of the year.
State Youth Development, Sports, Culture and Entrepreneurial Development committee chairman Amirudin Shari said they wanted the kiosks placed in strategic locations.
