TRADER Mohd Mohideen Mohd Sheriff, 57, has given the newly refurbished Padang Brown food court in Penang the thumbs up.

The Penangite, who has been selling soup at the food court for the last 30 years, said that previously, few people would patronise the place during rainy days as it was low-lying and often waterlogged.
