KUCHING: About 20 children from Kampung Bako had a treat when the US Embassy’s deputy chief of mission, Edgard Kagan, visited their village to read stories to them.

Kagan, who was here on a one-day trip on Tuesday, made his way to the village’s library where he read three Dr Seuss books aloud to the assembled children.
