Car-free morning programme expanding to the mainland

BEGINNING next month, Penangites can participate in the ‘Seberang Prai Car Free Morning’ as part of the first car-free day programme in mainland Penang.

Two popular streets — Jalan Todak 2 and Jalan Todak 3 (both near Sunway Carnival Shopping Mall) — will be closed from 6am to 12pm on May 3 for the inaugural event, and also every first Sunday of each month.
