THE joint management committee (JMC) of the Permai Lake View Apartment and The Haven Lakeside Residences condominium has unanimously reiterated its stand that the site nearby is not suitable for high-rise development.
Its chairman Said Ahmad said the site was zoned for infrastructure and utilities, and not gazetted for the construction of high-rise buildings.
