KUCHING: Zecon Bhd will build some 2,000 Prima homes and retail units at Jalan Demark, Petra Jaya here.
Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zecon Land Sdn Bhd, has entered into a joint development agreement with Prima Cor Malaysia to develop the proposed affordable houses and retail units together with all the necessary infrastructure, utilities, amenities and common facilities on 21.9ha.
