THE Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), local governments and telecommunication companies should hold meetings with locals before building its telecommunication towers, said Perak Communication Committee chairman Datuk Shahrul Zaman Yahya (BN-Rungkup).
He said this was a weakness by the respective agencies and companies that needs to be rectified in order to have understanding between them and the people.
