Jakel has announced it will not be charging GST at its retail outlets.
Its managing director Datuk Mohamed Faroz Mohamed Jakel said the policy would cover all its 16 franchises, including tailoring services offered to retail customers.
“It will also be extended to Ariani, its scarves and ready-to-wear retail division.
