JOHOR BARU: Travellers who usually hopped on express buses at the Taman Sri Putri bus stop were shocked to learn that buses were no longer allowed to pick up passengers at the designated area.
Marketing officer Susan Yeow, 52, who was in a rush to go to Kuala Lumpur for an appointment, said that she only learnt about the new ruling when she wanted to buy a ticket.
