THE Goods and Services Tax (GST) is imposed on services provided by the Ipoh City Council starting this month.
Datuk Bandar Datuk Harun Rawi said a 6% tax would be imposed on the rental of commercial premises and advertisement space as well as council equipment, special parking lots and council facilities for commercial and profit-making purposes.
