KUCHING: The Election Commission (EC) has been urged to withdraw the second notice of its proposed redelineation recommendations for Sarawak and put the review process on hold pending the outcome of a judicial review filed by PKR.
State PKR vice-chairman See Chee How, who is leading the court case, said it was illogical for the EC to issue the second notice yesterday when the judicial review challenging the first notice had yet to be decided by the High Court.
