HOME Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has set a target to reduce the recidivist rate to 5% by 2018.
Dr Ahmad Zahid said the current recidivist rate in Malaysia stood at 7.6% and was considered among the lowest in Asia.
