NEWSPAPER vendors should ‘upgrade’ their vehicles to reduce the risk of accidents, said People’s Progressive Party (PPP) president Tan Sri M. Kayveas.
He advised the vendors to use small vehicles which were safer compared to motorcycles when delivering newspapers.
