SIBU: A warrant of arrest has been issued against one of the two men on a charge of illegal possession of a homemade shotgun when he failed to turn up for the hearing of the case at the Sessions Court here yesterday.
Ngu Teck Hing, 23, and Banta Kong, 19, were arrested in connection with the shooting at two premier shopping centres here on Jan 30.
