KUCHING: The Housing Ministry and Sarawak Housing Developers and Real Estate Association (Sheda) are jointly organising a series of seminars to raise awareness and understanding of new housing-related laws.
The Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Ordinance 2013 (HDO) and the Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Regulations 2015 aim to spur orderly and robust growth of the housing industry while ensuring an equitable balance between the interests of housing developers and the rights of house buyers.
